If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Tripolis_at_lake_braddoc.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Tripolis_at_lake_braddoc we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
