If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Dunleigh.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Dunleigh we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
