Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Dunleigh.
The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property.
