If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Cardinal Glen.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Cardinal Glen we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
