If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Signal_Hill_Estates.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Signal_Hill_Estates we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
