We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Old_Mill.
The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Old_Mill we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
