If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Belle View.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Belle View we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
