If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Seville.
The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Seville we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
