If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Ravensworth Grove.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Ravensworth Grove we will nail down the actual value of your rental.
