Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property.
