If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in O_brien_property.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in O_brien_property we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
