If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Glen Hollow.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Glen Hollow we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
