Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Fairfax_hills.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Fairfax_hills we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
