If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Degroff Court.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Degroff Court we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
