Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Cedar_crest.
The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Cedar_crest we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment.
