Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Carrico_knoll.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Carrico_knoll we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
