If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Braddock Acres.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Braddock Acres we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
