If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Annandale_acres.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Annandale_acres we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
