Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Wakefield_Chapel_Woods.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property.
