If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Red_Fox_Forest.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Red_Fox_Forest we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
