If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Ravensworth_Grove.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property.
