If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Pine_Ridge.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Pine_Ridge we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
