If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Accotink_Heights.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Accotink_Heights we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
