If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Marquis_at_vienna_station.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Marquis_at_vienna_station we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
