If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Marquis_At_Vienna_Station.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Marquis_At_Vienna_Station we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
