If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Heather Knoll.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Heather Knoll we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
