If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Clifton_hunt_two.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Clifton_hunt_two we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
