If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Clifton_Hunt_Two.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Clifton_Hunt_Two we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
