If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Orange_Hunt_West.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Orange_Hunt_West we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
