Do you need a renter for a property in Association?
We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to good property management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty very rarely has issues with tenants that we find.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with difficult renters because we've inherited problems from real estate investors who selected their own tenants, or from property owners who have brought us tenants from other property management companies.
The key to leasing to a great tenant is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Association.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Association we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
