If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Chestnut Hills West.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Chestnut Hills West we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
