If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Mosaic_At_Merrifield.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Mosaic_At_Merrifield we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
