If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Wundoria.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Wundoria we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
