If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Woodlawn_village.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Woodlawn_village we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
