If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Woodland_acres.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Woodland_acres we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
