If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Windsor_plaza.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Windsor_plaza we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
