If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Westview_at_ballston.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Westview_at_ballston we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
