If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in West_village_of_shirlington_condo.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental.
