If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Turnberry_tower_condominium.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Turnberry_tower_condominium we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
