If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Townes_of_shirlington.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Townes_of_shirlington we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
