If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in The_williamsburg_condominiums.
The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in The_williamsburg_condominiums we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
