If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in The_townes_of_shirlington.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in The_townes_of_shirlington we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
