If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in The_phoenix.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in The_phoenix we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
