If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in The_monroe_at_virginia_square_metro.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in The_monroe_at_virginia_square_metro we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
