If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in The_cavendis.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in The_cavendis we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
