If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in The_carton.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in The_carton we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
