If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in The_brittnay.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in The_brittnay we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
