If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in The_brittany.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in The_brittany we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
