Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in The Weslie.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in The Weslie we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
