If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Tara Wynnewood.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Tara Wynnewood we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
