If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Smiths_addn_country_club_hills.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
